About The Spirit of Auroville (English/Chinese)

This Chinese/English compilation using selected texts from the writings of Sri Aurobindo and the Mother and archival photographs is an introduction to the aims and founding principles of the new city of Auroville inaugurated by the Mother in 1968. The cover painting by Huta (1966) and the Mother's title for it are borrowed from an earlier book by Huta that detailed her many early conversations with the Mother about Auroville and the Matrimandir.
