About Yoga of the Rishis
This is a new edition of the book originally published in 1985, based on a series of talks given by the author in 1978 in the United States. The Rishis approached the meaning of death and immortality from the higher levels of consciousness and often used stories to deliver esoteric concepts. The author has selected stories from the Upanishads that deal with these subjects, simplifying their lessons as they appeared in the ancient texts and in the light of Sri Aurobindo’s study of the same.
