Use of all facilities and services on SABDA's website implies the acceptance of the following terms and conditions:
Delivery & Shipping
Transit times indicated on our website are approximate. Though SABDA makes shipments as fast as possible,
an explicit maximum delivery time is not stipulated for any shipment method, as postal/courier transit times
are inherently variable. The Post Office itself does not maintain an upper limit for transit time.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
SABDA does not accept cancellations of orders once paid for, nor returns of any goods except where received
in damaged or defective condition and where evidence of the damage is provided within five days of receipt of the goods.
In such cases the damaged/defective goods will be replaced free of cost. The option of a full refund with
return of the damaged/defective books is also available.
SABDA guarantees delivery of goods as ordered and will re-ship free of cost any goods conclusively established as lost in transit
and not delivered to the addressee. The option of a full refund against such non-delivered orders is also available.

All personal data collected by SABDA during placement of orders or subscription to SABDA eNews
is intended to be used solely for the purposes for which the data is submitted and is not shared
with any third party without the consent of the owner of the data. However SABDA reserves
the right to send occasional informational material to customers as per its discretion.
